Our pools are built within a controlled environment and then delivered to site.
Once on site, they are installed with a specialised crane and locked into place, all within a day.

So what are the advantages to building pools this way?

Manufactured Indoors
Concrete is poured in a controlled environment. Pouring onsite poses many risks, one of the most significant ones being weather, which can affect the overall integrity and strength of the concrete. Wind, humidity, heat, rain, and cold temperatures all effect the concrete, causing cold joints.

Less trade movement onsite

Reduces the risk of cracking

Penetrations are casted into the panels

Same thickness of concrete throughout the entire pool

Waterproof concrete MPA level 40-60MPA Vibrated concrete

Pool shell is in the ground within a few days as opposed to months.

Fully engineered

Locks other concrete structures to the pool, eg. Paving slabs, Cabanas, Spas and water features. Traditionally not implemented with other concrete pools.
